Successfully established a group (7 members) of fellows and craftsmen, designed and managed the construction progress, which was the first student team be allowed to do the renovation work for the university classroom;
Developed the waste reusing strategy which resulted in cutting the budget from $30,000+ to around $4,000;
Completed the construction design drawings by using Autodesk CAD;
Efficiently organized the group to construct in 8 days which was supposed to be 14 days.
